1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Any product marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

If your product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@bubbimagicnie.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the item. Returns without a RAN may not be accepted.

  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available). Ensure that all parts, accessories, and documentation (such as the receipt or packing slip) are included in the return package.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@bubbimagicnie.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the damaged item. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

  • Return Shipping Label: If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving a wrong or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
